In the theory of medical science, at its foundation, the idea is that the brain just magically comes alive and decides “You know what? The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.
It has something to do with frequencies, hence the reason ancient people used one or a combination of crystals to counteract the frequency of the spirit tormenting them.
